The Mangy Bananas were a band during the 1980s who played a lot in and around Birmingham, U.K. They were a particular favourite of the then young and impressionable Bodmin Moore. Years later, and after writing these lyrics, he discovered that the singing bass player from The Mangy Bananas was none other that long time friend of Flying Ant Day, Cal Doonican. FAD are honoured that Cal agreed to join us on guest vocals for this track, which will also be on our upcoming 4th album.
